Cross delivered promptly and as described. Cross was nicely boxed.
My only comment is that for my taste- the chain included was very new looking and did not fit well with the old world style of the cross.
Very good customer service email communication when item was ordered and received.

For once, this was a purchase for myself. I was baptized Russian Orthodox which came complete with golden cross that got lost after many years. This cross was a belated replacement.

The cross is a true Ortodox cross in sterling silver; however, I expected it to be a little larger. The chain that was included is not silver and after a few days I had a gray mark on my neck and a rash. It would be better if he cross came either without the chain or with a silk cord. A little overpriced, otherwise, the product is OK.

i was pretty excited to get this cross but when it came, big disapointment. the chain was very cheap it looked like it came from a bubblegum machine, and the cross was very thin like aluminum.. big disapointment....sent it back got refund
