I read reviews that said the item was about the size of a quarter, it's more about the size of a nickel. Regardless, its very nice & I'm very happy w/ it along w/ the customer service. I received an unexpected email thanking me for my purchase as well as a card thanking me again that came w/ my item. Good customer service is hard to find these days so it was very refreshing.

I purchased this medal and am extremely satisified with the craftsmanship, the photo displayed doesn't do it justice. The medal is about the size and thickness of a quarter, so consider this when purchasing. Customer service provided was outstanding.
