This pendant and chain combination has a unique rustic look, yet the detail and color of the finish makes it a very special piece. For a guy like myself who prefers something different than the daily common style, yet keeping elegance and taste intact - this was perfect. Also in consideration of the price of gold currently, this fine use of silver will certainly do. This piece comes in a nice jewelry box and the work devoted to design, finish and presentation was obviously done with care. I am perfectly happy with my purchase.
Please take note; there is another similar version of this style available from an different Amazon seller. It may appear tempting at about $20.00 less, however upon comparing the two side by side (just take a look at the pictures of the two together), it is clear that the cheaper piece (around $38.00) does not feature the fine detail in the figure of Christ or the engraving on the cross found in this one. At around $58.00 including a well-matched chain this one is a clear winner!

Very detailed cross, Its pretty small but tastefully done. It's a unique pendant and I get compliments on it all the time. Price is also very enticing.

I received my crucifix in the mail today and was surprised. It's very small and I cannot make out the Jesus on the crucifix very well. I was warned by another person who bought this one not to get the same crucifix that costs 20 less as the Jesus can not be made out at all. I can't imagine how that one might look. It's just not very clear and that is a little disappointing. I don't feel this crucifix is worth as much money as I paid for it. In the description, it never said a word about what type chain came with it, but I expected a very nice one for the money. I think it is a snake chain, but not what I expected again. The chain is pretty, but I'm just really surprised the the Jesus is not more defined. I don't know what I'm going to do at this point. Have to think about it. Thank you.
