The first time i wore this necklace it fell off my neck and i found the charm on the floor but i had lost the ring that attached the charm to the chain. After examining the necklace i found that the clasp did not close all the way. Since i lost the ring i had to take the necklace to a jeweler to see if they can repair it. Now i have to pay for repairs that the jeweler estimated at between $30 and $50 dollars! They have to replace the ring because you cannot wear the charm on the chain without it, and fix the clasp. I am very disgusted.

I wanted to get my girlfriend a necklace for our anniversary that would match some of her other Celtic jewelry. The Celtic knots match very well and in my limited experience the jewelry is very good quality for the price. Prompt and efficient customer service, and the next time I need any jewelry I know I'm going to look to Great Jewelry Company first.
